Childcare Worker

I am a proud and hands on mother of 3 adorable and energetic boys. I love spending time with my family, and I enjoy doing different activities with them such as travelling, baking, playing outside, doing arts and crafts and many more. I believe that my kids will only get one childhood and it is my job to make it a memorable one.

Teaching kids has always been my passion. I make
learning fun by being creative with the activities that I do with babies and kids. I enjoy seeing them grow and it makes me happy to watch them learn new things and develop.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Guidance and Counseling. I also have a Master’s in Counseling. I already completed my Alberta Level 1 Early Childhood Certification as well.

Childcare Worker

I have a Bachelor's in Psychology with a focus in child development, and I am currently taking my Masters in Counselling Psychology.

I look forward to working with your children at Little Roots! I have over 10 years of experience working and volunteering with children, from volunteering with children in children ministry, to working in a school setting for 3 years with autistic children at Janus Academy. In my different roles I have had the opportunity to support and help my students build confidence and autonomy in themselves and their exposure to new experiences. My goal at Little Roots is to be able to use my experiences to help foster an environment that allows the children to be comfortable exploring their likes and dislikes and to see them discover themselves!
